Cook, culinary teacher, cookbook author, photographer, and the creator of CogniCuisine.
Four decades at the stove. Still curious.
I’m Robert Meyers-Lussier. My background includes culinary teaching, catering, restaurant reviewing, and more than forty years of cooking. Photography, poetry, and writing are also part of my creative life.
CogniCuisine grew from comparing recipes, choosing the strongest elements, and testing the result. AI became another collaborator: first a sounding board, then a way to explore ingredients, techniques, and original combinations.
What I teach here
Culinary arts and human–artificial intelligence collaboration. The recipes, ingredient explorations, videos, and documented experiments are ways to develop your own judgment.
I cook, taste, challenge, and revise. An interesting proposal still has to become food worth eating.
Where the work connects
Some dishes become photographs, digital artwork, and music. Those connections extend the creative practice while preserving the original food photograph as its starting point.
